A regulation is never very funny, but it is always to preserve the proper functioning of an establishment.

So, for a pleasant and trouble-free stay, read the following:

THE RESERVATION

The reservation is final only upon receipt of the signed reservation contract and accompanied by a minimum deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay which will be collected from the reception. As long as the contract and the check validating the reservation have not reached us, the gîte remains free to rent and can be rented by the first who will pay his deposit.

THE GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

The deposit must be given on arrival and will be returned upon departure, after deduction of any costs of restoring the premises and the value of missing or damaged equipment. The security deposit is 500 €.

THE HOUSEHOLD DEPOSIT

As you know, cleaning is not included in the price.

On arrival, a cleaning deposit of € 60 will be required. It will be destroyed after the inventory.

At the end of the stay, the premises must be returned in the state in which they were found on arrival. So, if the cleaning of the equipment and the premises is not done or in an unsatisfactory manner, the cleaning necessary for the restoration will be systematically invoiced according to the scale noted on the contract, that is to say 60 €, and the cleaning deposit will therefore not be not returned.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES

As you know, a lodging is not a hotel, cleaning is therefore not included in the price.

At the end of the stay, the premises must be returned in the state equivalent to that of arrival.

Otherwise, be aware that, if the cleaning of the equipment and the premises is not done or in an unsatisfactory manner, the cleaning necessary for the repair will be systematically invoiced according to the scale noted on the contract, namely 60 €, and the cleaning deposit will not be returned.

Taking the cleaning service does not exempt you from doing the dishes, or cleaning the tables, nor emptying and taking away the trash and bottles consumed.

So, in order to avoid any litigation at the end of your stay and to make things clear and avoid phrases like "there is cleaning and cleaning" or "there is clean and clean" this is what it is at least necessary to do before departure:

Bedroom: Arrange the folded blankets and pillows correctly on each bed after shaking the draw sheets. Wash sinks and accessories, shelves, taps and tiles if necessary. Clean the floor (without forgetting the corners, the underside of the beds and cupboards) then use the mop.

Sanitary:Clean the shower, sink and tiling if necessary with adequate product (do not forget the hair in the bungs). Mop the floor.

WC: Clean and disinfect the bowls, rims and flushes with suitable products. Do not use bleach products. Wash the tiles on the sides of the toilet and clean the floor. Empty the bin, clean them and the brushes.

Kitchen: Clean cooking equipment, ovens, stove and work surfaces on all sides, interior and exterior. Clean the refrigerator (inside and outside), which must be emptied of its contents. Clean the sink, the tiles and the fittings and finally clean the floors well.

Exterior: Sweep the terrace if necessary and collect papers, butts and other litter around.

IF YOU CHOOSE THE HOUSEHOLD PACKAGE

You must reserve the cleaning option when signing the contract.

If you bring your sheets, provide a set for 160 cm bed, a set for 160 for the sofa bed and a set for a single bed

You must equip each bed with a duvet cover wrapping the duvet (220x240 or 120x220). (if sleeping bag, take pillowcase cover + a fitted sheet.)

If it is found that the duvet serves as a layer without a cover, you will be charged an additional € 20 for cleaning each duvet.

The cleaning service includes: cleaning of all floors (sweeping + washing), maintenance of bathrooms, toilets and sinks.

You must make these points yourself with or without the cleaning fee:

clean kitchen appliances (fridge and oven)

replace furniture and moved objects,

wash and put away dishes,

replace and remake all the beds identical to the day of your arrival,

empty garbage cans, clean barbecue

pick up the papers in and around the cottage.

ECOLOGICAL RESPONSIBILITY:

Water is life, it is precious, let's save it.

It is absolutely forbidden to light an open fire anywhere on and around the property.

If the indoor fireplace is used, cleaning must be carried out by the tenant before his departure.

In no case may the tenant take wood from the wood to burn it in fireplaces or on barbecues without the owner's agreement.

No papers or waste of any kind can be left in the woods and on the Estate.

PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL and the flat-rate tourist tax

If the entire payment has not been made at the time of booking, payment on arrival is a pledge of courtesy and honesty. The balance of the stay will therefore be required on arrival, the deposit paid on booking deducting the price of the stay. The flat-rate tourist tax of € 1 per night and per person from 18 years old (reminder:The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury).

If the number of people arriving at the cottage exceeds the capacity, the owner is able to refuse additional people. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or breach of the contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a number of people greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.


THE STATE OF THE SITE

An inventory will be made on arrival and departure of the group. Any loss or damage will give rise to compensation. A booklet containing the recommendations for the use of the equipment and the inventory will be made available to the head of the group. It is up to him to inform the other members and to enforce the rules of the gîte.

CONDITIONS in the event of WITHDRAWAL

More than 120 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is retained.Between the 30th and 119th day before the start of the stay, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be requested. Less than 30 days before the start of the stay, it is due in full.

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter.

INTERRUPTED STAY

Any stay that has been the subject of a reservation, whether started or not, is due in full. No reason given can justify a refund. No reduction will be granted in the event of delayed arrival or early departure.

FREE MANAGEMENT

The cottage is rented with bedding (duvet and mattress protection), kitchen equipment, dishes, without sheets or linens, all in accordance with an inventory made available.

You must bring toilet paper, garbage bags (50 liters), coffee filters, tea towels, sponges and cleaning products ...

We can provide sheets, towels and tea towels.

Sheet set (double bed:1 duvet cover, 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases 65x65) is € 10 and € 5 for the single bed, the set of towels (1 towel, 1 shower sheet, 1 towel hand) is 5 €, the set of 3 tea towels is 3 €.

Two hand towels are provided.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

For a weekend, arrival on Friday from 5 p.m. and departure on Sunday at 5 p.m.

For one week, arrival on Saturday from 5 p.m. and departure on the following Saturday at 10 a.m.

For the mini stay (4 nights), arrival on Monday from 5 p.m. and departure on Friday at 10 a.m.

DOMESTIC ANIMALS

Pets are accepted subject to the prior agreement of the owner and payment of € 5 for the entire stay. In case of disturbance of tranquility or security, the owner may refuse the animal.

However, animals should not be left alone in the gîte. Because of the risk of flea infestation, they should not come into contact with bedding.

INSURANCE

The tenant housed is responsible for all damage arising from his act. He is invited to take out, for the duration of the stay, a Civil Liability, bodily injury and material damage insurance for the members of the group. In the event of theft or damage to the leased premises, the owner declines all responsibility.

ELECTRIC HEATING

During the period from October 01 to April 30, a heating package is requested from the tenant for the heating of the entire gîte.

To limit consumption:

Some simple rules: the heating should not be adjusted above 19 °, the supply of water is included in the rental price, To keep it that way, be careful not to let the water run unnecessarily. To save heating, do not leave doors and windows open.

Internet connection

When using the lodging's internet connection, the tenant agrees to comply with the laws regarding downloads and site consultations.

In the event of a request from the competent authorities, the owner of the gîte will send the contact details of the tenant who benefited from said connection

Reminder of the INTERNAL REGULATIONS

The owner reserves the right to access the gîte at any time.

For safety reasons and out of respect for others, smoking is prohibited in the premises, butts and other litter must be collected.

The use of the hi-fi system must be done in conditions respectful of the neighborhood. The equipment used must comply with the standards in force and comply with the decibel legislation during the evening (outdoor sound systems, boomers, subwoofers are prohibited). Any violation of standards may authorize the owner to stop the evening and the criminal and civil consequences are the sole responsibility of the tenant.

The bins must be used with plastic bags and must be placed regularly in the containers (to avoid overflows and odors).

Do not remove the interior furniture and the covers of the beds outside.

Do not move the beds.

Do not use bleach or bleach for your household (cause septic tanks).

Lights and electrical appliances must be turned off when leaving the cottage.

If towels have been provided, do not use the towels outdoors.

At the start, replace all the equipment and furniture in its original place.

Children are the sole responsibility of parents or caregivers.

Any damage will be billed at the cost of new for missing items or damaged equipment. The amount will be deducted from the deposit.

If you have any suggestions or criticisms regarding these instructions, they will always be welcome.
